The first part of the project "Emotional Mirror" was implemented - informal training on the topic of "Emotional Intelligence", focusing on what emotions are and how to deal with them.
The project is funded by the #UPSHIFT program of
UNICEF Bulgaria, within which the "Phoenix" team, representatives of the Youth Center Dupnitsa, won funding a few months ago.
Special guest speaker at the event was Ms. Maria Velkova - psychologist at the "St. Ivan Rilski" Secondary Educational and Cultural Center, Dupnitsa
